Our ‘Golden Girl’ looking for her forever home

Goldie is a beautifully marked female calico cat with a short bobtail. She is about two years of age and a very pretty girl. Apparently she had been on her own in Big Canoe for quite some time. On September 1, the day before Labor Day, she could roam no more and collapsed exhausted on the deck of a Big Canoe home. She had been previously spayed and was very friendly, indicating that she has known a home and was loved at some point in her life.
She is now current on all vaccinations and microchipped. She is healthy and currently in foster care. Her foster mother reports that she is very loving and cuddly and that she loves to sleep under the covers at night. She even responds to verbal invitations to sit on laps. Goldie is mild-mannered and gets along well with all the other cats in her foster home. Please give this deserving girl a chance to find her loving forever home.
BCAR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill shelter for homeless dogs and cats found in the Big Canoe community, providing them with a safe, healthy and positive environment until they are adopted into their forever loving homes. There are ways you can help. Your helping journey starts here:
